What we collect.
When you request beta access, we collect the information you submit: email, user type, use case, age confirmation, contact consent, referral and campaign fields, and submission time.
When you create a beta account, we may collect email address, authentication status, beta plan, marketing consent, proof records, watchlists, accumulator groups, saved shortlists, and product settings.
We also receive basic technical information from hosting and analytics systems, such as page views, device/browser information, approximate region, referrer, and performance/error information.
Why we use it.
- To manage beta requests and invite suitable users.
- To create and maintain beta accounts.
- To provide product features such as proof tracking, watchlists, saved groups, and exports.
- To improve the product, fix bugs, understand demand, and measure website performance.
- To send beta updates or product news where you have agreed to be contacted.
- To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Lawful basis.
We use consent where you ask to join the beta or agree to receive updates. We use contract or pre-contract steps where we create and operate your account. We use legitimate interests to secure, maintain, and improve the website and product, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Service providers.
We use trusted service providers to operate GoalsProof:
- Formspree for beta signup form capture.
- Supabase for beta accounts, authentication, profiles, and saved product data.
- Vercel for hosting, deployment, and privacy-focused web analytics.
- Email and productivity tools to respond to beta requests and support messages.
Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens, we expect them to use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
How long we keep data.
We keep beta signup data while the beta is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can manage access and follow up. Account and product data is kept while your account remains active. You can ask us to delete your beta request or account data by emailing support@goalsproof.com.
Your rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You can also withdraw marketing consent at any time.
