1. Promoter
The promoter is GoalsProof. Questions about the challenge should be sent to support@goalsproof.com.
2. Eligibility
The challenge is open to GoalsProof beta users aged 18 or over, where participation is lawful in their location. One entry is allowed per person. Multiple accounts, fake accounts, abusive entries, or attempts to manipulate the leaderboard may be removed.
3. How to enter
Entry is free. To enter, a user must create or sign in to a GoalsProof beta account, turn on World Cup Streaks, choose an acceptable public nickname, and track eligible World Cup Over 1.5 selections before kickoff.
No purchase, payment, stake, wager, or paid subscription is required. Placing a bet does not improve your chance of winning and is not required for the challenge.
4. Challenge window
The challenge is intended to run across the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament period, from 11 June 2026 until the final result is settled on or around 19 July 2026. GoalsProof may adjust the end time if fixture schedules, result feeds, or settlement timing require it.
5. Scoring
Only eligible World Cup Over 1.5 selections tracked before kickoff count towards the challenge. Once a match starts, the tracked selection is locked. Pending matches do not count towards streaks, landed rate, or winner selection until they are settled.
A landed Over 1.5 result adds one to a user's streak. A missed Over 1.5 result resets the current streak to zero. GoalsProof will use settled result data available to the product to calculate challenge standings.
6. Winner selection
The winner will be the eligible opted-in user with the highest best settled streak achieved during the challenge window. If two or more users have the same best streak, the tie-breakers are:
- Highest landed rate across settled World Cup Streaks selections.
- Highest number of settled World Cup Streaks selections.
- Earliest time the tied best streak was reached.
If a tie still remains, GoalsProof may apply a fair manual review or split/substitute the prize at its discretion.
7. Prize
The prize is one £50 Amazon.co.uk eGift Card, or a reasonable equivalent if that prize is unavailable. There is no cash alternative unless GoalsProof chooses to offer one. The prize is non-transferable.
Entrants outside the UK should check whether an Amazon.co.uk eGift Card is suitable for them before entering. GoalsProof may offer an equivalent voucher where practical, but this is not guaranteed.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address linked to their GoalsProof account within 14 days of final settlement. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, is ineligible, or cannot be verified, GoalsProof may choose the next eligible participant using the same scoring rules.
9. Fair use and moderation
GoalsProof may remove entries, hide nicknames, correct obvious errors, or disqualify users where there is evidence of abuse, duplicate accounts, offensive nicknames, manipulation, technical misuse, or breach of these terms.
If data errors or technical issues affect scoring, GoalsProof will take a reasonable and fair approach to correcting the record. The challenge is a beta feature, so temporary bugs or delays may occur.
10. Responsible use
GoalsProof is an informational football analytics product. The challenge does not require betting, staking, or paid participation. Nothing in the challenge should be treated as financial advice, betting advice, staking advice, or a guarantee of returns.
11. Platform and brand disclaimer
The challenge is run by GoalsProof and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Instagram, X, Discord, FIFA, or any football governing body. Amazon is a trademark of its owner.
12. Changes
GoalsProof may update these terms if needed for clarity, legal compliance, platform requirements, or operational reasons. Any material change will be reflected on this page.
